NextGen AI review: a lively free community for serious AI creators

NextGen AI combines Dan Kieft’s prompts and video resources with a large community focused on generative images, animation and filmmaking. The discussion and shared work are valuable, although the classroom currently feels more like a collected resource library than a structured course.

Why you can trust this review

The publisher joined NextGen AI in July 2026 and has explored only part of its resources and community activity. This review combines that limited firsthand experience with a read-only inspection of the current classroom, public joining page and recent discussions. The joining link contains the publisher’s personal Skool referral reference, but the community did not offer a commission through that link when checked. The verdict and score were determined independently.

01

What is NextGen AI?

NextGen AI is Dan Kieft’s private Skool community for people working with generative AI. Its main subjects include image creation, realistic and animated video, AI filmmaking, prompting, creative tools and ways creators may use those skills commercially.

The community had approximately 55,300 members when checked. Recent activity included short films, animation experiments, tool comparisons, prompting techniques, workflow questions and members requesting feedback on their work.

02

Resources rather than a conventional course

The classroom is relatively compact. Its main areas include a starting guide, YouTube Resources, community-feedback recordings and interviews. The YouTube section collects prompts, documents and assets that accompany Dan’s online tutorials.

That can be useful when a particular video or workflow interests you, but it is not presented as a carefully sequenced beginner-to-advanced curriculum. The publisher has been a member since July 2026 and has explored only part of this material, so this review does not claim completion of the training.

03

Where the value comes from

Much of the value is conversational. Members share generations and finished videos, compare tools, ask technical questions and offer feedback. Dan also posts current resources connected to subjects such as realistic AI video, consistent characters, animation and camera control.

This makes NextGen AI more suitable for someone who already has a direction and can select relevant material. A complete beginner wanting one orderly path may find the large feed and loosely grouped resources harder to navigate.

04

Selling and future pricing

No high-pressure sales approach was apparent during the publisher’s membership or the current inspection. The community was free when checked, and joining it does not require committing to a paid course.

The public description says it is “free for now” and may not remain free forever. Visitors should therefore check the current joining page before relying on the price or assuming the present arrangement is permanent.

05

The bottom line

NextGen AI earns a 7.8/10 and a JOIN verdict. It offers useful prompts, current creative-AI resources, a substantial pool of member experience and plenty of active discussion at no cost when reviewed.

It loses points for limited classroom structure and because much of the experience depends on browsing discussions or selecting items from a large resource collection. Treat it as an active creator community and supporting library, not as a complete step-by-step course.

Final verdict

JOIN · 7.8/10

A worthwhile free community for self-directed AI creators who want prompts, examples and peer discussion rather than a step-by-step training program.
